How we handle your details
This notice covers the waitlist and design-partner form on kroval.app. It is short because we collect very little.
Who we are
Kroval is the data controller for the details you give us on this site. Contact: privacy@kroval.app. [Registered company name, number and address to be added on incorporation.]
What we collect
Your name, work email, company, role and type of firm; whether you applied as a design partner; whether you asked for updates; and, if you arrived from a link, the campaign name in it. We do not use cookies or tracking on this site.
Why we use it
To reply to you and, if you applied, to talk about becoming a design partner. This is our legitimate interest in responding to a request you made. We send update emails only if you ticked the box, which is your consent; you can withdraw it at any time.
Who else sees it
Our hosting provider (Render) and database provider (Neon) process it on our behalf, in Frankfurt (EU). We never sell it or share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or 24 months after your last contact with us, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by emailing privacy@kroval.app. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
